In the Lejongapet 1 block at Getberget in Skellefteå, 155 apartments of 1-4 rooms and kitchen are being constructed. Moving in will occur in stages during the summer/fall of 2024.
The Block
Lejongapet 1, located at Getbergsvägen 19 and 21, as well as Humlegatan 4, is an entirely new block at Getberget. Here, you'll reside with a lovely view over the city, close to nature yet centrally located with proximity to schools and beautiful green areas. A swimming pool and sports ground are a short walk away. It takes only 10 minutes to cycle to the city center. A perfect area for those who prefer not to live right in the hustle and bustle but still want proximity to everything.
Modern and Space-Efficient Apartments
The new apartments will be modern, bright, and space-efficient with clever floor plans and plenty of functionality in a small area. All apartments have balconies. The apartments will be equipped with a combined washer/dryer except for the four-room units, which will have separate washer and dryer units. Dishwashers are available in all apartments.
A number of apartments are earmarked for young people aged between 18-25 years.
Booking and Apartment Allocation
The apartments will be available for booking from February 20th until March 4th. Here on the website, under the "Skebo Builds" tab, you'll find all the information about Lejongapet gathered. The allocation of apartments will be based on queue points in Skebo's housing queue.
