It's time for the next release of newly constructed apartments, this time on Norra Kustvägen in Bureå. Soon, 40 new apartments will be ready for move-in; studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms distributed across five two-story buildings with loft access. All apartments have a a nice balcony and are equipped with a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer.
Neighborhood and location
Our new apartments are located at Norra Kustvägen 33, 35, 37, 39, and 41. In the immediate area, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and active everyday life. The center with a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurant. Close to a playground, school, medical center, and sports facilities. Bureå river flows through Bureå, offering opportunities for swimming and fishing. There are also seaside baths and a marina.
Discover the benefits of living in Bureå – an ideal location about 20 kilometers south of Skellefteå. With just a 15-minute drive, you can reach the vibrant city life. For those who prefer public transportation, Bureå offers frequent bus connections to and from the locality. Additionally, Skellefteå Airport is only about 8 kilometers away.
Booking and distribution of apartment
The apartments will be available for booking from the 5th of March until the 18th of March 2024. Here on the website under the "Skebo builds" tab, you'll find all the information gathered. The apartments will be distributed based on que points in the Skebo housing queue.
Open House Viewing
On Tuesday the 12th of March between 4 to 6 pm, we invite you to an open viewing. We will be showing a number of studios and two-bedrooms apartments. Everyone that is interested are welcome, you are not required to register your interest to attend.
